I like to work with people, who are motivated, having a goal and enjoying different kind of movements. It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete, a businessman, a mother or a student. My personal background is more endurance based and I prefer training in a holistic way. So there won’ t be any isolated exercises while sitting on a machine or just lifting heavy weights. My training philosophy is more about getting stronger and resistant with core training, balance, coordination and lots of variation in your movements; with different tools like TRX, balance boards, weights, elastic bands and of course your own body weight.
I also give a big importance to your nutrition and general healthy lifestyle. With a a clean nutrition and adapted on your personal needs, you will surprisingly see very fast changes in your body and you will reach your goals.
