Our personal training works because it is tailored to your body, needs, and goals. We create an individual training program, which takes into account strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination and your body type. During our sessions we only take care of and are your constant motivator, to drive you to your best performance. We do regular check ups and keep track of your progress.
Wir erstellen dir ein individuelles Trainingsprogramm, welches Kraft, Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit, Koordination und deinen Figurtyp berücksichtigt. Während unserer gemeinsamen Sessions betreuen wir nur dich persönlich und sind dein ständiger Motivator, der dich zu Höchstleistungen anspornt. Im Rahmen der regelmässigen Check-ups kontrollieren wir deine Fortschritte und machen deinen Trainingserfolg messbar.
