The full-body workout focusing on the back, pelvic floor, and abdomen supports you during pregnancy and after birth. This training, specially designed for expectant and new moms and based on the Pilates method, keeps you fit and strengthens you for the physical challenges. The training is safe, strengthens, and relaxes you and your baby. Just because you can’t do crunches doesn’t mean you can’t have strong abs during and after pregnancy.

Postnatal Training

Marshmallow belly, soft ligaments and joints, hormone and emotional chaos, sleep deprivation: After giving birth, it’s essential to prepare your body again and make it strong for the new physical challenges and life with a baby.
For moms with rectus diastasis (split abs), back pain, or a weak pelvic floor, EMS training with postnatal Pilates is super effective and deeply impactful. Your baby is, of course, welcome to join the personal training sessions.

Exercise during pregnancy has positive effects on both you and your baby. As a mom of two, I know each pregnancy is different and feels different from week to week. I regularly trained until the due date and was trained in prenatal and postnatal techniques in the USA and Switzerland.
