Want to get fit again and shape your body with a sporty, sexy look? My 4-week Back into Fitness program is perfect for you!

Compact studio experience for home:
Targeted exercises for deep core muscles combined with full-body movements to positively impact your strength and appearance. Achieve a flat stomach, strong back, defined arms and legs, a firm butt, and an attractive posture!
Flexible Online Fitness Program
Time-saving and easy to implement:
Short and crisp videos for every week - put on your sports outfit, get your mat and water bottle ready and off you go! You train with me and can concentrate on the exercises without overstraining yourself with totally different exercises every time. For beginners and advanced users alike.
Flexibility and independence:
Train when and where you want, without appointments or waiting times. The fitness program requires no special equipment and takes up very little space. Ideal for at home or when traveling!
Effective workout:
Each week includes a short warm-up to activate the lymphatic system, muscle design parts for body definition (25-35 minutes) and a cardio part (7 minutes) to burn calories and activate the cardiovascular system.
